1. Acceptance of Binding Terms
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the architectural designs, consultation services, digital platforms, or spatial graphics operated by HUMA SUN Architectural & Construction Studio ("Studio", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms outlined herein, you are strictly prohibited from accessing or using our platform and proprietary media.
2. Intellectual Property Rights & Strict Anti-Theft Policy
All architectural concepts, renders, 3D structural models, spatial graphics, schematics, engineering layouts, site photography, video assets, brand collateral, and custom source code presented on this platform are the sole, exclusive intellectual property of HUMA SUN Studio.
Strict Non-Authorization Notice:
- It is strictly illegal to copy, download, scrape, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any architectural render or design asset from this website without explicit, written consent from HUMA SUN Studio.
- Unauthorized use of our architectural works for commercial bidding, client presentations, AI training datasets, or construction replication will result in immediate legal prosecution under international copyright laws, trade secret acts, and digital property treaties.
- Watermarks, digital signatures, and asset protection overlays embedded within our media must not be bypassed or removed.
3. Scope of Architectural & Turnkey Services
HUMA SUN Studio delivers end-to-end (0 to 100) architectural planning, site feasibility analysis, interior spatial design, custom graphics, structural engineering oversight, and turnkey construction management. Website content serves as an illustrative portfolio. Formal engagement for custom private developments or flagship projects (such as CRYSILIS) commences exclusively upon mutual execution of a formal, legally binding Client Agreement.
4. Private Portfolio & Client Confidentiality
Specific high-net-worth estate designs and private client projects remain strictly confidential under Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Unauthorized disclosure, sharing, or public re-posting of private portfolio material delivered during direct consultations is strictly prohibited.
5. Consultations & Submissions
Submitting an inquiry or booking an initial land consultation through this platform does not constitute an obligation on the Studio to execute architectural or construction services. HUMA SUN Studio reserves the right to decline or accept project commissions at its sole discretion based on site feasibility, scope, and engineering standards.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall HUMA SUN Studio, its principal architects, directors, structural partners, or licensed site contractors be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from unauthorized access, digital platform interruptions, or third-party misuse of website assets.
